RESPONSE TO BUSINESS OWNER'S REPLY DATED JULY 2011- Madam- I missed seeing your repsonse earlier. But I am glad you replied so well to my review, as people who go through your response will understand well where they stand if they decide to come to your shop. Me any my family were not free and dying to talk to some one on a sunday. I was preparing for my son's first birthday and had dragged my husband and in-laws specially to your shop telling them that you have a good collection, and more that that I have been to your shop many times before and I like what you suggest. I was just so much looking forward to coming to Chics and was quite excited but your impilsive reactions stunned all of us. Instead of challenging my mental capacity, it would be better had you concentrated on why a customer had a unhappy experience at your shop. Anyways, its goodbye forever to Chics as far as I am concerned. I do understand the difference between a boutique and a showroom, thanks for clarifying that.

I am a regular customer to this chics showroom from last 6 yrs but just 2 days back the lady sittng in the cash counter behaved so bad i cant even right i think she has come from some ill mannered family , she doesnt knw hw to talk to ur clients i think she is a frustated women came from home to work haha reallly such a disgusting lady i ever met from so many years infact never seen tht kind of behaviour and nw after reading everyones review i m confirmed tht lady should be out frm this shop , i dont knw who is the owner , n if she owns she shld be out frm rajouri market and thats my promise i will send her out frm this beautifull market she is not worth to be thr and create shit in tht market

Bad business

Wow. I was planning on visiting this store, but not anymore. Not because of the customer reviews but because of the owner\\\'s comments.

Publicly attacking a client/customer is bad for business. I run a successful business in Australia and if a customer has a complaint we deal with it in a respectful manner. When business goes under you will not have anyone to blame but yourself.

Shame on you.
